IHG Hotels & Resorts Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a Commis Chef with a passion for presentation and flavour. You will contribute to high standards in a luxury resort kitchen, supporting the team from prep through to service, while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.

Role requires physical stamina, ability to work nights and weekends, and fluency in the local language. We offer uniform, room discounts and strong training programs to develop your culinary career.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform standing tasks for long periods.
• Good reading, writing and basic maths skills.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Fluency in the local language and compliance with local laws on food handling and safety.

Responsibilities

• Make every meal visually appealing and flavorful.
• Own your workstation by managing supplies, equipment and waste.
• Maintain cleanliness to exceed local hygiene standards.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to support operations during service.
