Hilton in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to prepare high-quality dishes and contribute to memorable guest experiences. You’ll work across stations, follow designated recipes, and help deliver warmth through hospitality.

You’ll maintain a clean, organized workspace, assist with inventory, and ensure safety standards while supporting the seasoned kitchen team to elevate every stay for guests at our resort-style hotel in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Delight our guests by managing guest orders efficiently and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Execute complex recipes, maintain knowledge of menu offerings, oversee stations, execution, quality control and inventory checks.
• Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keep stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
