Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a pastry team member to assist in dessert preparation and service across outlets. You will maintain mise-en-place, ensure consistent presentation, and support kitchen safety practices.

Candidates should have basic cake decorating, piping, glazing, and dessert plating skills, plus knowledge of baking techniques, HACCP and stock control. Strong teamwork, time management, and willingness to learn are essential.

Continually look to recommend improvements and additions to the Minor Hotels presentation guidelines.To keep all working areas clean and tidy to maintain hygienic surroundings.Maintain food safety & protection.
