Assist Commis 1 | Demi Chef | Chef De Partieby catering to routine kitchen duties such as meal preparations, receiving deliveries, rotating stock, maintenance, logistics, safety, and sanitation etc. Adhere to kitchen standard operating procedure in line with Jumeirah philosophyA and luxury status. At this level, the person has a mid-level of experience and is responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience for the guests through preparation and food presentation with focus to lead and work on the line, from the fry station, to sauté, or grill.
