Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market and its legal frameworks.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills considered a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Handle the full leasing or sales process including contract negotiation, renewals and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

JOB SUMMARY

The Commercial Property Consultant will focus on the sale lease and management of commercial properties in Dubai This role requires in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market including office spaces retail properties and industrial units You will act as a trusted advisor to businesses investors and developers helping them find the right commercial properties based on their requirements
