Driven Properties is seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Consultant in Dubai to guide clients through leasing, investment, and advisory services in the commercial real estate market.

You will conduct market research, manage end-to-end leasing activities, and build relationships with landlords and developers to facilitate successful transactions and informed client decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software/platforms.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing outstanding client service.
