Job summary

Griebs Properties LLC in Dubai is seeking a Commercial Property Consultant to drive sales, leasing and management of office, retail and industrial properties. You will assess client needs, present suitable options and guide transactions from viewing to closing, while delivering market insights and building lasting relationships with developers, investors and business owners.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market and its legal frameworks.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills considered a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on commercial property opportunities including office buildings, retail spaces and industrial properties.
Understand client requirements and present suitable commercial properties based on location, budget and space needs.
Facilitate property viewings, lease negotiations and transactions.
Provide market analysis and property valuations.
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property developers, business owners and investors.
Stay updated on local market trends, zoning laws and development plans in Dubai.
Handle the full leasing or sales process including contract negotiation, renewals and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
