Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to join the Commercial Sales team. Based at the hotel, you will support the Director of Commercial Strategy and the Sales group, handling admin duties and coordinating events to drive the hotel's commercial objectives.

You will liaise with hotel departments, prepare proposals and contracts, and ensure timely distribution. Fluency in English and a professional, service-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales in a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities with multi-priority management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports Director of Commercial Strategy and Associate Director of Sales in daily operations.
• Manages admin and coordination for Sales and Events teams.
• Prepares proposals, contracts, and event orders with accuracy and timely distribution.
• Oversees internal hotel event administration and liaises with departments for smooth execution.
• Assists with site inspections and client appointments for Events.
• Acts as first contact for external Sales and Events inquiries and assigns follow-ups.
