Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Events sales effort, drive conference and catering revenues, and coordinate with hotel operations to ensure flawless event execution.

Based in Dubai, you will manage end-to-end client proposals, contracts, site visits, and handovers, reporting to the Director of Events. The ideal candidate has a hospitality or business degree and at least three years in luxury hotel sales, with strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management is required.
• 3+ years of experience in hospitality sales, conference and events, or related managerial roles.
• Proven experience in luxury hotel environments and sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive conference, events, catering, and group revenue by achieving targets.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from proposals to contracts and site inspections.
