Job summary

InterContinental Hotel & Residences Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Cluster Human Resources Manager to lead all HR operations across both properties. You will partner with leaders to implement HR initiatives, drive recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention programs, and ensure UAE labour compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality HR services in a fast-paced, multicultural luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Proven experience as HR Manager or Cluster HR Manager in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across InterContinental Abu Dhabi and InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi.
• Partner with leaders on people-related initiatives and HR programs.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Support performance management and employee relations matters.
• Ensure HR policies and UAE labour regulations are followed.
