InterContinental Hotel & Residences Abu Dhabi is seeking a Cluster Reservations Supervisor to oversee reservations operations across the hotel and residences. You will supervise daily bookings, train and guide the reservations team, monitor inventory and rates to maximise occupancy, and coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Strong knowledge of reservation systems and distribution channels.

• The ability to lead a team, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the daily reservations operations, ensuring all bookings are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Lead, guide, and support the reservations team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Monitor room availability, rates, booking patterns, and reservation forecasts to maximise occupancy and revenue opportunities.
• Ensure all reservations, amendments, cancellations, and guest requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and reservation-related concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
• Support team training, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of reservations procedures.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between the hotel and residences reservations operations.
