Job summary

InterContinental Hotel & Residences Abu Dhabi is seeking a Cluster Reservations Supervisor to oversee reservations operations across the hotel and residences. You will lead the reservations team, ensure accurate bookings, and coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to optimise occupancy.

The role requires luxury-hotel reservations experience, strong system knowledge, and a guest-focused, detail-oriented mindset. English fluency is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel environment.

• Understanding of room inventory management, rate structures, and revenue optimisation.

• Ability to lead a team, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.

• Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and reservation-related concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
• Support team training, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of reservations procedures.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between the hotel and residences reservations operations.
