Job summary

Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel by Minor Hotels is seeking aCluster Shift Supervisor to oversee daily engineering and maintenance operations across the luxury property. You will lead engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff, review plans, ensure safety, and keep projects on time and within budget while coordinating with contractors and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance activities
• Lead and manage engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure preventive maintenance is completed
• Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or operational problems
• Enforce workplace safety policies and engineering standards
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other departments
• Train and support engineering team members
• Monitor inventory and order engineering materials or spare parts
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company procedures

• Pre-opening experience is an advantage
