Job summary

Sharif Eye Centers in Dubai Healthcare City seeks an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to lead daily clinical and administrative operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and high service quality. You will supervise clinical, reception, and administrative teams and align processes with DHCC regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, organization, and fluency in English (Arabic an advantage).

• Lead and supervise clinical, reception, and administrative teams.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, patient flow, and KPIs.
• Manage doctors’ schedules, staffing, and resource utilization.
• Ensure DHCC regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with medical, HR, finance, marketing, and other departments.
• Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of patient experience, service quality, and efficiency.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management.

Sharif Eye Centers is seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to lead the operations of our eye center in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily clinical and administrative operations of the eye center and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Lead and supervise clinical, reception, and administrative teams.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, patient flow, and KPIs.
• Manage doctors’ schedules, staffing, and resource utilization.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with medical, HR, finance, marketing, and other departments.
• Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of patient experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in ophthalmology / eye-care operations is mandatory.
• Proven experience in clinic or healthcare operations management.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with DHCC regulations and licensing procedures is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
