Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Penetrate the market through New to Bank acquisition and existing clients.
• Analyze cases and provide customer information after field visits.
• Be familiar with policies, products, and onboarding processes to ensure great client experience.
• Participate in learning, development and training programmes.
• Adhere to KYC, Compliance and risk controls.
• Achieve monthly and annual KPIs.
• Leverage cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue per customer.
• Maintain daily sales reports for review by team leadership.
• Ensure accurate product recommendations and transparent selling.
• Resolve customer issues and redress timely.
• Understand market insights to refine value propositions.
• Prepare presentations for decision-makers and stakeholders.
