Job summary

DANA ALAWAMI ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a results-driven sales professional to generate new business in interior design and architectural services. You will lead client engagements, present proposals, coordinate with design teams, and drive revenue through strong relationship building.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of sales experience in interior design/architecture, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, target-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, fit-out, construction, real estate, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the design team.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking referrals social media cold calling property developers real estate agents and other channels
• Contact and follow up with potential clients to understand their interior design and architectural requirements
• Arrange and conduct client meetings site visits and project consultations
• Present the company s interior design architecture fit-out and related services to prospective clients
• Coordinate with the design and technical teams to prepare proposals quotations presentations and project concepts
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and close sales
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Follow up consistently on quotations and proposals to maximize conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records of leads opportunities follow-ups and sales activities in the CRM or company system
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor market trends competitor activities pricing and new business opportunities
• Develop relationships with property owners developers consultants contractors real estate professionals and corporate clients
• Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the project design team
• Attend networking events exhibitions property events and other industry-related activities when required
