Job summary

MPH in Dubai is seeking a Recruitment/Client Services professional to manage end-to-end client interactions, coordinate interviews, and align terms with contracts and logistics. You will strengthen client relationships and drive revenue growth while ensuring quality management standards are met.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar industry, fluency in English, and strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

• Degree in any Discipline.
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar industry; Oil and Gas awareness is a plus.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
• IT skills like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
• Ability to harness a teamwork-oriented, energetic and creative environment.
• Strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Update the CRM for all processes related to lead and operation.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MPH Quality Management System while performing tasks.
• Provide the sourcing specialist with complete job descriptions and terms.
• Strengthen client relationships and ensure continued business.
• Schedule client interviews and obtain feedback after interviews.
• Finalize commercial proposals if the consultant is mobilized.
• Study terms and accords approval for contracts.
• Coordinate with Contracts, Logistics, Finance and Business Development.
• Follow up with clients and sourcing specialists on recruitment matters.
• Generate and forward Direct Hire information sheets to contracts, HR and finance.
• Negotiate terms during contract renewal/amendment.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for the Operations Director.
• Prepare client visit reports and summarize for senior management.
• Keep CRM updated for all lead and operation processes.
