Job summary

MPH in Dubai seeks an experienced Client Coordinator to be the primary contact for assigned clients and build long-term relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, track projects and consultant assignments, and support recruitment activities from CV submission to onboarding. Knowledge of international mobility and compliance is a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of client coordination experience in oil & gas, energy, or recruitment.
• Knowledge of international workforce mobilization and compliance is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Moby systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations.
• Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment, mobilization, finance, etc.) to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered on time.
• Track ongoing projects and consultant assignments to ensure timely updates and contract compliance.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to provide profiles that match client requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of CVs, proposals, and contract documentation.
• Monitor candidate selection, onboarding, and mobilization processes in coordination with relevant teams.
• Recruited talented professionals for Nuclear and Oil & Gas clients, ensuring the best-fit candidates for critical roles.
• Managed high-level recruitment processes for clients, streamlining hiring strategies and ensuring seamless candidate onboarding.
• Led recruitment tracking and performance monitoring, analyzing recruiter progress and consultant engagement to enhance efficiency.
• Supervised workforce planning, tracking mobilization and demobilization schedules to maintain operational continuity.
• Conducted training for new operational staff, improving process efficiency and data management.
