Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination within building materials sectors.
• Strong coordination, organization, and time-management skills.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales on quotations, project docs, order details, and commercial requirements.
• Support sales processes by tracking project information, timelines, and client needs.
• Serve as contact point for clients, responding to inquiries and coordinating resolutions.
• Maintain high customer service throughout the project lifecycle from enquiry to delivery.
• Keep CRM and internal systems updated with accurate customer, project, quotation, and order data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project-related reports, sales updates, and performance summaries.
• Monitor multiple ongoing requirements while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Handle client concerns professionally and adopt proactive, solutions-focused approaches.
