Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Senior Sales Coordinator for our esteemed client in the luxury building materials sector, headquartered in Dubai. The role involves leading a high-performing coordination team, streamlining workflows, and ensuring premium client experiences within premium sanitary ware, tiles, or interior design spaces.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, solid understanding of design/construction materials, and the ability to manage complex client and project

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a sales coordination leadership role in luxury building materials, sanitary ware or tiles.
• Strong command of CRM and ERP platforms and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead a high-performing team and manage high-value clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for key accounts, ensuring premium service and timely follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead preparation and review of project quotations, technical documents, and order processing.
• Supervise and support a team of sales coordinators, delegating tasks and monitoring day-to-day operations.
• Onboard and train new team members on product lines, CRM tools, and coordination protocols.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to foster team growth.
• Optimize coordination workflows and implement best practices to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and sales activity summaries for management insight.
