Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an experienced Projects & Client Relations professional to manage accounts, coordinate immersive events, and drive business growth across GCC. You will lead proposals, maintain client records, and support sales with outreach and presentations.

The role requires Arabic-English fluency, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Dubai-based, with travel across GCC as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• 2+ years in Project Coordination, Project Management or Sales in Events & Exhibitions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver on objectives.
• Experience in project planning, execution, timelines, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, build long-term relationships, understand objectives, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve execution issues.
• Provide regular client updates and prepare presentations, reports, and maintain accurate client/project records.
• Identify potential clients and market opportunities and support lead generation through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
• Develop strategies to expand the client base and collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into projects.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and contracts, ensuring smooth internal project handover.
• Track and report sales and client activity.
• Coordinate with internal teams across immersive experiences, AR/VR, and interactive digital technology projects delivered across the GCC.
• Work independently and collaboratively while maintaining a results-driven approach toward project goals and business growth.
