Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a bilingual Arabic/English Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting sales growth, and coordinating delivery of technology-driven projects across the GCC.

You will act as the main client liaison, support lead generation, prepare proposals, and coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Fluency in English is required and Arabic is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (required).
• Arabic speaking strongly preferred.
• Experience in client relationship management, account management, or B2B sales.
• UAE or GCC market experience is an advantage.
• Experience in events, technology, or digital solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for client communication and follow-ups.
• Support lead generation through calls, emails, networking, and events.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
• Follow up on leads and help convert opportunities into projects.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations (Arabic & English preferred).
• Clearly explain solutions and concepts to clients in a simple and engaging way.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
• Ensure proper handover from sales to execution teams.
• Monitor project progress and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Track client interactions and report sales and engagement activities.
