Job summary

Rixos Hotels & All-Inclusive Collection seeks a seasoned Sales Manager for the GCC region to drive revenue from CIS markets and expand partnerships with tour operators, wholesalers, and travel agencies. The role collaborates with hotel commercial teams to execute regional sales strategies.

You will develop account plans, negotiate contracts, and coordinate marketing activities. Travel internationally is expected to support growth in luxury all-inclusive properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality, business, marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in hotel or travel trade sales with CIS markets experience.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and hit sales targets.
• Strong relationships with travel trade partners is a plus.
• Understanding of luxury resorts, all-inclusive products and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account plans to hit revenue and room-night targets.
• Manage relationships with tour operators, travel agencies and DMCs.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Conduct sales calls, market visits and product presentations.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts within parameters.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and hotel Sales teams on offers and promotions.
• Track production, bookings, cancellations and market demand; adjust as needed.
• Coordinate familiarisation trips, trainings, site-inspections and events.
• Maintain CRM records, account plans and sales pipelines.
