Rixos Hotels seeks a senior sales professional to develop and manage business from CIS source markets, driving revenue and market share for the GCC region. You will oversee an assigned portfolio, forge new partnerships, and align with hotel commercial teams on regional sales strategies.

Key duties include strategic account planning, partner negotiations, and cross-selling the GCC portfolio across hotels. Travel to internationally as required, with fluency in English and Russian advantageous.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business or Marketing preferred.
• Three to five years of hotel or travel trade sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and achieve sales targets.
• Established relationships with travel trade partners advantageous.
• Understanding of luxury resorts, all-inclusive products, contracting and distribution.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement account action plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, and partners.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and increase production from existing accounts.
• Conduct sales calls, market visits and product presentations to strengthen relationships.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts within approved parameters.
• Coordinate familiarisation trips and partner training.
• Support marketing activities and evaluate their results.
• Maintain CRM records and sales opportunity pipelines.
• Cross-sell the GCC portfolio across hotels and share opportunities.
