Job summary

ENNISMORE seeks a dynamic Concierge Team lead in Dubai to create exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee the Concierge team, build relationships with Dubai nightlife and tourism venues, and continually enhance guest satisfaction through proactive service and expert city knowledge.

The role requires strong English communication, multitasking in a fast-paced hotel environment, and collaboration with Sales and F&B teams to maximize guest opportunities.

Qualifications

• College Degree in Business, Hospitality, or Related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Concierge team and create an environment where guest service is paramount.
• Build and maintain relationships with Dubai restaurants, bars, clubs, theatres, music venues, etc.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring TripAdvisor and guest feedback; manage performance daily.
• Coordinate reporting for guest-related incidents, requests, and compliments.
• Be knowledgeable about Dubai city info, events, transport, openings, and hotel facilities.
