Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• 3+ years of related kitchen experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items per recipes.
• Regulate ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters temperature.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage staff for menu items and specials.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees.
