Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai invites a Chef De Partie to join The Bay Kitchen team in a luxury hotel setting. You will lead your kitchen section, ensure quality, and collaborate across culinary stations to maintain MO standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong HACCP compliance, experience in high-volume Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, and the ability to train junior staff while maintaining impeccable hygiene and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong HACCP knowledge and hygiene standards.
• Experience with Italian and Mediterranean cuisine preferred.
• Proven leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the kitchen section and coordinate with other sections.
• Ensure food quality, plating, and presentation.
• Monitor stock, ordering ingredients daily.
