NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a designated kitchen section, ensuring dishes meet the hotel’s quality and presentation standards. You will support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.

The role requires strong culinary skills, HACCP knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday shifts are required to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualificações

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a 4- or 5-star hotel or quality restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Passion for food quality, presentation, and guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to approved recipes and standards.
• Oversee daily operation and organization of the assigned kitchen section.
• Maintain consistent quality, portion control, taste, and presentation.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Monitor mise-en-place and prep for daily operations.
• Guide and support junior chefs within the section.
• Assist with stock control, storage, and FIFO procedures.
