Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira Dubai is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the In Room Dining Kitchen. You will assist with daily kitchen duties, maintain high standards of mise en place and plating, and support senior chefs in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in a 5-star/hotel kitchen, with strong teamwork and commitment to food safety. Arabic language skills are a plus; November start preferred.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience in a high-volume hotel kitchen is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in daily duties and supervise during absences.
• Washes and peels ingredients for dish production.
• Ensure mise en place is prepared to highest quality standards.
