JA The Resort in Dubai is seeking a Chef de Partie with a strong background in large-scale hotel, resort, banqueting, or high-volume kitchen operations. Asian candidates with proven experience are preferred and the role requires good English communication and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will own your section, support senior kitchen leaders, and ensure every dish meets JA's standards for quality, presentation, and taste while maintaining food safety and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Culinary diploma or certificate required.
• HACCP PIC Level 2 and Basic Food Hygiene Certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or resort environment.
• Experience in large-scale hotel, resort, banqueting, or high-volume kitchen operations preferred.
• Asian candidates with relevant large-volume hospitality experience are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own your section and deliver consistent quality with every service.
• Support the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Ensure every dish meets JA's standards for quality, presentation, and taste.
• Supervise, guide, and support junior kitchen staff.
• Assist with food production, stock rotation, and cost control.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Step in to support kitchen leadership as needed.
