Job summary

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our luxury kitchen team. You will prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in line with menu standards and chef instructions, while maintaining cleanliness and organization of your station.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, a Culinary Arts degree is preferred, and you demonstrate reliability, speed, accuracy, and energy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in progressively responsible luxury hospitality kitchen roles.
• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent from a recognized school preferred.
• Expert knowledge of classical and international cuisine, food quality and hygiene.
• Reliable, fast, accurate, detail-oriented and energetic team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes per menu and chef instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization of kitchen section per health standards.
• Manage mise-en-place and support during service, delegating and assisting as needed.
• Contribute to menu development and staff training for creativity and consistency.
