Job summary

Atlantis Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a designated kitchen section within our luxury hospitality operation. You will oversee mise en place, portion control, and plating quality, while collaborating with senior chefs to maintain exceptional standards during high-volume service.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a Chef de Partie role, experience in international luxury settings, and solid culinary education. Growth opportunities exist across our luxury resort portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a Chef de Partie role.
• Experience in an international luxury hotel is valuable.
• Professional culinary education or relevant kitchen training is advantageous.
• Strong mise en place and section organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily mise en place for the assigned kitchen section.
• Prepare ingredients and dishes according to established recipes and specifications.
• Maintain consistent standards of taste, texture, portioning, and presentation.
• Organize the workstation before, during, and after service.
• Support the Chef de Cuisine with daily kitchen requirements.
• Assist the Sous Chef with production planning and service preparation.
• Coordinate section activities during high-volume dining periods.
• Ensure all ingredients are prepared and available before service begins.
• Follow health, hygiene, and food safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain clean and sanitary food preparation areas.
