Job summary

Rixos Premium Dubai JBR is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our luxury kitchen team. You will supervise section tasks, assist in menu execution, and ensure portions meet recipe standards, while maintaining high cleanliness and safety.

The role requires leadership, reliable training of juniors, and daily coordination with the Chef de Cuisine. On-site, you’ll contribute to a premium Turkish hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership, training and motivational skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifting in the section with regard to mise-en-place production and its service.
• Give tasks to Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs and check that they are carried out properly.
• Write daily wine, dry store, food requisitions and kitchen transfers for approval.
• Maintain good colleague relations and motivate colleagues.
• Attend daily and monthly meetings with the Chef de Cuisine and other meetings as requested.
