Key Responsibilities

  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols including HACCP.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team for smooth coordination.
  • Support junior staff and work closely with Senior CDPs and Sous Chefs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2‑3 years of kitchen experience in a similar role.
  • High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
  • HACCP Certified and familiar with kitchen safety practices.
  • Solid knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high‑volume service.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Team‑oriented with a passion for food and quality.
