Job summary

Deluxe Holiday Homes in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Centre Manager to own our new 23,700 sq ft business centre end-to-end—from opening readiness to daily operations and tenant experience. You will be the single point of accountability for filling 125+ offices and running the floor profitably, making routine decisions on pricing bands, vendor escalations, tenant disputes, and staff scheduling.

• Hands-on, decisive leader capable of end-to-end centre ownership.
• Open to managing opening readiness, pre-leasing, daily operations and tenant experience.
• Owns the centre’s P&L and makes routine decisions on pricing and operations.
