Job summary

The Executive Centre in Dubai invites a proactive Assistant Manager – Business Development to identify and cultivate long-term client relationships, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and tailor workspace solutions to client needs.

You will drive new business, maintain a robust pipeline, coordinate with operations for seamless onboarding, and represent the company at industry events to expand market presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in hospitality, serviced office / business centre, or commercial real estate.
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in sales, lead generation, or business development in a client-facing, target-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in the serviced office / flexible workspace industry in Dubai is required.
  • Experience working with DMCC and other UAE free zones (company setup, licensing, and flexi-desk requirements) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate and office market, including free zone and mainland licensing dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, site inspections, proposal development, negotiations, and closing new business.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Proactively generate, qualify, and convert leads through outbound prospecting, digital channels, broker networks, referrals, and self-sourced opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent activity levels across calls, viewings, and proposals.
  • Identify and implement innovative strategies and channels to generate new business opportunities and expand the client pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective written and verbal communication.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their workspace requirements and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Provide operational support and work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding, retention, and service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with key referral partners, commercial brokers, and licensing authorities.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, industry functions, and business development activities to strengthen brand presence in the market.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform sales strategy and positioning.
  • Collaborate with peers and the leadership team to develop and execute pre‑opening sales and marketing plans for new centres.
  • Contribute to accurate sales forecasting, CRM discipline, and timely reporting to management.
