You will orchestrate pre-opening activities, manage day-to-day performance, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure brand alignment. English and Arabic fluency is required for high-level stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or Operations Management.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in premium workspace hospitality or service-driven environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and improve operational performance.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead all pre-opening activities including operational setup, recruitment, and readiness.
• Partner with regional and headquarters teams to ensure a seamless centre launch aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operational performance across all functions to ensure smooth execution.
• Implement and refine operational policies, systems, and service processes.
• Manage budgets, P&L performance, and operating cost efficiency; monitor market trends.
• Drive premium client experiences and mentor teams on service delivery standards.
