Job summary

Elite Stay Line Holiday Homes in Dubai seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across holiday homes and cleaning services. You will oversee housekeeping, supervise staff, and drive service excellence in a busy hospitality environment.

The role requires a hands-on leader with proven Dubai experience in hotels or cleaning services, strong recruitment and client development skills, and the ability to manage operations from A to Z.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience in Dubai.
• Proven experience in Holiday Homes, Hotels, Hospitality or Cleaning Services.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning operations.
• Experience managing a team of cleaners and operational staff.
• Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to acquire and close new clients.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proactive, responsible and hands-on.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai locations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage Housekeepers, Supervisors and Drivers.
• Schedule and coordinate cleaning bookings and appointments.
• Monitor cleaning quality and team performance.
• Recruit, train and manage housekeeping staff.
• Handle new customer inquiries and follow-ups.
• Develop new business and bring in new clients.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.
• Close new deals and build long-term client relationships.
• Manage relationships with holiday home companies, Airbnb hosts, property managers and hotels.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance and daily assignments.
• Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment and inventory.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
• Identify operational problems and implement effective solutions.
