Cloud Spaces in UAE is seeking a Centre Manager to lead one of our premium coworking centers. You will drive sales, manage operations, and lead a small team to deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining profitability and brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in customer-focused roles, including 2+ years in management, with a background in retail, hospitality, or coworking. A BA/Marketing degree is preferred; UAE work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of overall experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Background in retail, hospitality, coworking, or related customer-focused industries preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including all sales details and client agreements.
• Ensure the center’s floor map and occupancy data are consistently updated.
• Ensure all agreements are properly executed by clients and the General Manager.
• Review and analyze monthly profit and loss statements, identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
• Prepare and distribute client invoices by the 1st of each month.
