Job summary

Elite Stay Line Holiday Homes in Dubai seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across holiday homes and cleaning services. You will oversee housekeeping, supervise staff, and drive service excellence in a busy hospitality environment.

The role requires a hands-on leader with proven Dubai experience in hotels or cleaning services, strong recruitment and client development skills, and the ability to manage operations from A to Z.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience in Dubai.
• Proven experience in Holiday Homes, Hotels, Hospitality or Cleaning Services.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning operations.
• Experience managing a team of cleaners and operational staff.
• Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to acquire and close new clients.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proactive, responsible and hands-on.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai locations is preferred.

Important:

We are looking for a hands-on professional who can independently manage operations, staff, customers and business development. Candidates with only general office or administrative experience will not be considered.

Salary:

AED 3500-5000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
