Job summary

Udrive, the first car-sharing company in the Middle East, invites applications for a Billing & Collections Specialist in Dubai. You will handle invoicing, adjustments and customer billing queries, monitor receivables, and prepare reports and dashboards to reconcile payments.

You will also allocate Dubai RTA fines and penalties as needed. We seek a candidate with 1–2 years in billing or a call center, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Accounting, or Finance is required.
• 1–2 years of billing/call center experience.
• Strong in Excel & reporting; attention to detail and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle invoicing, adjustments & customer billing queries.
