Quick Drive in Dubai is seeking a smart, friendly Car Rental Sales Agent to assist customers at our UAE offices. You will greet clients, assess needs, upsell options, process documents, and ensure high service standards.

The role requires sales and customer service experience, fluent English, and car rental knowledge. Shifts apply, salary with commissions, and UAE allowances.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a graduate degree or equivalent.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in car rental/sales would be an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Meet and greet customers, assess needs, and recommend best solutions.
• Calling existing as well as prospective customers and aiding in customer acquisition.
• Processing the documents submitted by the customers.
• Upselling and cross-selling additional products like SCDW insurance, child safety seats, etc.
• Monitoring daily and monthly sales.
• Meeting the targets set by the management.
• Customer Service Executive role is to handle the car rental counter business and ensure to consistently provide high level of customer service, process accurate documentation in renting out vehicle.
• The role requires an experience in Sales & Customer Service, with good communication and interpersonal skills. Car Rental experience mandatory.
• The candidate should be flexible in work timings (Shift Timings).
• Receive telephone calls and handle customer-related issues; direct other phone calls to appropriate personnel or take messages.
• Complete, review and submit various reports to supervisor.
• Maintain and update rental agreement files; contract and notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and inquire as to the expected date of return; process rental extensions.
• Balance money in counter drawers, retrieve amount of money collected during shift, complete deposit slip and place money in safe.
• Enter and maintain information in location logs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the rental office area and perform associated custodial duties.
• Complete Car exchange requests in Computer system or manually prior releasing the replacement vehicle.
• Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required.
