Job summary

BRS Group is hiring a Call Center Sales Operator in Dubai to handle warm inbound leads for interior design and renovation services. You will convert warm inquiries, qualify prospects, and book meetings with clients in a dynamic, UAE-based setting.

This full-time, 2/2 schedule runs from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, offering a base salary plus KPI bonuses. English fluency and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or call center experience.
• Confident spoken and written English.
• Experience in interior design, renovation, construction, or a related industry is a strong advantage.

BRS Group continues to grow! We’re looking for a Call Center Sales Operator to join our team and work with inbound leads interested in interior design and renovation services for villas, apartments, and commercial spaces in Dubai.

Dubai - full-time, 2/2 schedule

Responsibilities:

• Selling interior design and renovation services to inbound (warm) leads in Dubai


• Processing leads, qualifying inquiries, and scheduling meetings with clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or call center sales - mandatory


• Confident spoken and written English


• Experience in interior design, renovation, construction, or a related industry is a strong advantage


• Personal computer/laptop and headset
