Job summary

Arjan oasis interior decor fz-llc is seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to develop new business across the UAE. You will promote interior decoration, fit-out, joinery, and solid surface solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

The role requires UAE market experience in sales/marketing, excellent communication, and the ability to travel for client meetings and site visits. A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Good English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities across the UAE.
• Visit potential clients, contractors, consultants, interior designers, architects, and project companies.
• Promote interior decoration, fit-out, joinery, and solid surface solutions.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, social media, referrals, and other marketing channels.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and negotiate with clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on projects from enquiry through order confirmation and completion.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, production, and project teams.
• Maintain records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and site visits.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving Licence – Mandatory.
• UAE market experience in sales/marketing, preferably in interior fit-out, joinery, construction, building materials, or solid surface.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE construction and interior design market.
• Ability to generate leads and develop new business independently.
• Target-oriented, confident, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits across the UAE.
