Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior professional to identify and grow Bancatakaful distribution opportunities. You will build senior stakeholder relationships and negotiate partnerships across bancassurance, takaful, and insurance domains.

You will own the performance management for partner networks and drive sales enablement, KPI tracking, and regular reviews with partners to ensure growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Insurance or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of Bancatakaful, insurance and financial services markets.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE banking practices and regulatory requirements.
• Proven partnership management and business development experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in banking, bancassurance, takaful, insurance or financial services.
