Job summary

ADIB is seeking a skilled professional to drive business growth and deepen relationships with priority customers across its UAE network.

The ideal candidate will leverage outbound marketing, cross-selling and wealth advisory experience to acquire new clients, review credit applications and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in financial analysis, markets, investment, wealth management or financial planning.
• Detailed knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Experience in sales, product development or wealth advisory to priority customers.
• Minimum 5 years related banking experience in UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and risks.

• Increase team revenue and productivity through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers and convert inbound and outbound leads.
• Build trust relationships with key customers and maintain a referral pool.
• Refer customers to other channels and implement Priority Banking services across branches.
• Monitor service levels, resolve complaints and drive customer retention.
• Review credit applications and ensure adherence to processes and documentation.

• UAE Financial Rules and Regulations certification
• International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3)
• Risk in Financial Services certification
• International Certificate in Advanced Wealth Management (Level 4)
• Experience leading a team of professionals
• Training and presentation skills
