• Coordinate vehicle allocation and assist in route planning to ensure timely staff movement across operational sites.
• Implement transport models aligned with shift patterns, peak demand and operational changes.
• Oversee day-to-day staff transport activities to ensure service reliability and schedule adherence.
• Monitor 24-7 shift-based transport services to guarantee continuous operational coverage.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, vehicle inspections and repair schedules to maintain fleet availability and compliance.
• Manage vehicle administration including registrations, renewals, insurance and accident reporting.
• Support fleet budgeting by monitoring fuel usage, leasing costs and driver expenses while identifying cost efficiencies.
• Supervise drivers and transport support staff to ensure adherence to safety standards and operational guidelines.
• Track fleet KPIs including vehicle availability, punctuality, safety metrics and service quality.
• Utilize fleet management systems and GPS tracking tools for monitoring, reporting and operational optimization.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
