The role requires minimum 2 years in sales in Dubai, strong skills in outreach, CRM stewardship, negotiations, and product demonstrations. Onsite in Reef Mall, Dubai, with a company vehicle and visa support.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Dubai.
• Proven outbound lead generation and closing experience.
• Experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management; MBA preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

We are looking for a hands-on Business Growth Manager and GTM strategist who can manage the complete outbound sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrape, research, and enrich qualified leads
• Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM
• Make outbound calls and send personalized emails
• Conduct product demonstrations and follow-ups

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in Dubai
• Demonstrated experience in outbound lead generation and closing
• Experience in sales, business development, or marketing, with sales experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
• MBA preferred
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Role Details

• Location: Reef Mall, Dubai
• Full-time, onsite
• Six days per week, eight hours per day
• Salary: AED 5,000+ per month, based on experience
