Filumart.com, a Dubai-expanding global B2B marketplace, is seeking a hands-on Business Growth Manager and GTM strategist. You will own the complete outbound sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on Dubai go-to-market initiatives.

The role requires minimum 2 years in sales in Dubai, strong skills in outreach, CRM stewardship, negotiations, and product demonstrations. Onsite in Reef Mall, Dubai, with a company vehicle and visa support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Dubai.
• Proven outbound lead generation and closing experience.
• Experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management; MBA preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, research, and enrich qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM.
• Make outbound calls and send personalized emails.
• Conduct product demonstrations and follow-ups.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for Dubai.
