Business Development Representative

We’re on the hunt for a results‑driven Business Development Representative to join our Commercial team and help scale growth for our customer base. The role revolves around identifying, contacting and qualifying potential customers. You will be working closely with the wider Commercial team in ensuring we have a robust pipeline and achieving set targets within agreed‑upon timelines. This is an outbound sales role.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new opportunities for the sales team by cold‑calling, email, social outreach and other channels.
  • Package Qashio’s value proposition and tailor it based on industry and business function into a call/email to engage potential customers.
  • Actively seek out prospective customers using different channels and outbound strategies.
  • Partner with our Account Executives to identify and source new pipelines and assist by researching lines of business and personas.
  • Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frames.
  • Maintain positive business relationships that last; we don’t believe in one‑and‑done sales.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage and track sales activities and progress.
Requirements
  • 1‑2 years outbound sales experience is essential, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, emails and social outreach.
  • Experience working with a CRM and a good understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to speak confidently and effectively with customers, partners and members of relevant Qashio teams.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
